Together for Cornwall

Steady leadership for a growing Cornwall

Cornwall is at a crossroads. We are growing, but we want to keep our close-knit community feeling. To do this, we need leadership that is collaborative and focused on delivering to protect our quality of life, while seizing the opportunity of a growing population. That’s why I am running for Cornwall Council in November 2026.

Why I’m Running

I’m running for Council to bring experienced leadership that listens and makes decisions in the long-term interest of our community.

Our community has been a wonderful, welcoming place for so many. For this to remain true, Cornwall needs to plan and deliver for tomorrow- together.

Cornwall can be a close-knit community that attracts businesses that serve our community, helping redesign our core services, transportation corridors, and the way we build to grow and thrive.

Our growing population offers us the opportunity to develop more community spaces and recreational programs and to prepare for our future through smart planning.

Let’s not watch this opportunity pass us by. Let’s join together for Cornwall.

What I’ve Delivered

Public safety and preparedness

After Hurricane Fiona, I worked directly in the community and made emergency preparedness a priority so Cornwall is better equipped for future crises. Cornwall is now more prepared today because of a comprehensive emergency management plan, stronger partnerships with emergency services, and formalized fire service agreements.

Smart growth and infrastructure

I have also helped guide responsible growth by expanding transit services, improving cellular connectivity, supporting community-based economic development, and advancing municipal service planning. These critical services are needed for our community to continue growing and attracting new families and job opportunities.

Affordability and quality of life

After hearing from residents, I know that we need to balance growth and opportunity with affordability and quality of life. During my time on Council, I have focused on creating responsible tax structures, ensuring affordable access to recreation, and upgrading parks so that we do not have to compromise on quality of life for development.

Leadership You Can Trust

My focus on Council and leadership is to work collaboratively to make decisions based on evidence and community input. My promise is to listen, consult, and ensure that the community is at the forefront of all decisions before Council.

My experience working with municipal, provincial, and federal governments allows me to ensure that Cornwall is at the table and heard. There are opportunities for our community to be more resilient and responsive through programs at the federal and provincial levels.

I promise to focus on preparedness, responsible growth, public safety, and community well-being. We can all build a Cornwall that is community-minded and ready for what comes next.
